Meet the 2026 Decision Pioneers

The Decision Pioneers recognizes the leaders redefining how revenue and marketing decisions get made.

The 2026 cohort comprises twenty-four CMOs, CROs, and operators selected for excellence in Discipline,  the rare leadership quality of building the systems, rhythms, and judgment that turn signal into action, and action into compounding revenue.

Each Pioneer was nominated by peers and advisors and evaluated against three criteria: Discipline, the ability to build repeatable systems for high-stakes GTM decisions; Voice, the influence on how peers think about the work; and Impact, the measurable outcomes that follow.

The 2026 Decision Pioneers span the AI labs, enterprise software companies, and growth-stage businesses defining the next decade of go-to-market.
